Textures

You can never have too many textures for your graphics work. All the textures on this site are seamless unless otherwise stated, and can be used in any 2D or 3D graphics program which can use the .JPG format.

Conditions of use

All the items shown on this page are free for personal or commercial use. The only condition is that if used commercially, Microbion must be acknowledged as the source in any accompanying documentation.

(2) Light gels

This is a pack of 18 light gels for use in any 3D program which can apply them! Full instructions for Cinema 4D, Poser 5/6, and Vue 5 are included. The pack includes the ever-popular 'Venetian blinds' plus three stained-glass coloured gels and a variety of window frames.

(1) Natural textures

These texture packs are all seamless (unless otherwise stated) textures of various natural objects. The first three were all taken in the English Lake District in the winter of 2003/4. The links below will take you to a page with thumbnails of the textures so you can decide if they are of use to you.
